Verbact is a product operated by SUMIRAI SOLUTIONS. By accessing or using Verbact, you agree to these terms.
Service use
You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, and obtaining any consent required before recording or transcribing other people. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
Subscriptions
Paid access, usage limits, billing periods, and prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless renewal is disabled. Disabling renewal does not normally end access before the current paid period expires.
Availability and output
Transcription is automated and may contain errors. You should review important output. Service availability can be affected by networks, browsers, third-party providers, and maintenance.
Account enforcement
Access may be restricted or suspended for unpaid subscriptions, security risks, abuse, unlawful activity, or material violations of these terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
